Accessibility

SpeakWings is operated by PSYFUEL LLC, 54 State Street, Ste 804, Albany, NY 12207, USA. We want everyone to be able to use it.

Our goal

We are working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We test with automated tools and by hand, and we fix what we find. We do not claim the site is free of every barrier.

What we do today

  • You can use the site with a keyboard, and there is a “skip to main content” link.
  • Pages use headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate them.
  • Animations respect your device’s “reduce motion” setting.
  • Spoken coaching lines also appear as text.
  • If you have a speech difference, there is a mode that turns off fluency scoring.

Known limits

SpeakWings is a speaking-practice tool, so it asks you to speak into a microphone. If you can’t, tell us and we’ll help you find another way to use the written parts, or refund you. We have not yet had the site audited by an outside accessibility specialist.
