Terms and refunds

SpeakWings is operated by PsyFuel LLC. Questions: info@speakwings.com.

What you buy

Offer-Ready: the 14-Day Interview Sprint: $149, charged once, for 30 days of access. It does not renew. Leadership Voice: $39 per month or $299 per year, renewing automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time in one click from the You tab (Manage billing); you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds: measured or refunded

  • Seven days, any reason: ask and it's refunded.
  • Do six sessions within 30 days of purchase. If your benchmark shows no real improvement on your focus skills, we refund you in full. It's the same answer, measured the same way, before and after, so there's nothing to argue about.

We don't promise a job or a promotion; nobody honestly can. We promise you'll be measurably sharper on your own benchmark, or your money back. To ask for a refund, write to info@speakwings.com with your access key or receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Your voice and your data

Your audio is analyzed in your browser and is never stored by us. Your practice history is stored on your device. If you choose to create an account, it is also stored with your account (on Supabase, in Canada) so it syncs across your devices: scores, your rehearsed answers as text, conversation summaries, notes and settings, never audio. You can delete your account and that copy at any time from the You page. With AI coaching on (the default), the text of your answer is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to write feedback or the next question. If your browser can't transcribe speech on the device, the audio of a finished answer is sent to our transcription provider (Deepgram) to get the words; Deepgram deletes it once transcribed. Neither provider trains on it, and we don't store it. Turn AI coaching off in Privacy settings and nothing leaves your device. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.

What we don't promise

SpeakWings is practice and feedback. It doesn't guarantee a job, a promotion or any other outcome, and it isn't therapy or medical advice. If speaking causes you severe distress, please talk to a professional.
